Dear Everyone who plans/already has made a Mod App,
Take the Mod Apps seriously. Most of the Apps are sloppy, uncolorful, and just confusing. Not everyone can get Mod, as there are limited spots. ( If you vote daily we'll need more mods ) Anyway, please consider these tips before typing up a completly sloppy App.

`-` Mod App Tips `-` - Have these tips helped? +Rep me

1. Add 1 Color, not multiple colors. Multiple colors leave others blind and not want to read the App.
2. Bold your color. The color stands out much more when making the text Bold.
3. Add Caps! Most of you have no Caps what-so-ever on your thread, add caps to look more professional
4. Put a space after Question asked. (E.g - Does Kels Own?: Yes) - Adding that space between ':' and 'Yes' is very helpful.
5. Don't give short answers. Make sure you answers are as long as you can make them, Mod is serious.
6. DO NOT add extra details. This just makes we want to "Zzz" I hate having to read more then neccasary.
7. Don't get excited. When you get over excited about becoming Staff it shows how immature you are, Don't do it.
8. Don't ask for staff after Applying. It's annoying and pointless, only leaves you farther away from Staff.

- Kels might add more tips later. For now these tips should get you out with a nice App and a great chance for staff, I would know -

Hey Kels!

Great job! I like this. A good thing for mod-applicants to follow. Thanks for taking the time and the responsibility to do this! We should have this stickied (along with the templates) by the way...

Omg reallly , does the colourful text count that much? I tought it was personality and experience..
